Here is a sneak peak into the project I am currently working on with Writer Patrick Shand. Patrick approached me last summer about doing an all-ages original graphic novel and the concept he pitched me tickled my drawing bone and I was eager to bring this story to life. I had a chance to meet Pat in person for the first time at the New York Comic-Con last fall. We sat down together and threw around story concepts and ideas until we had a huge pile of stuff I wanted to draw. Pat took the ideas home and polished it up into a nice script. After a few months of preliminary work such as character designs and thumbnails of the storytelling I've recently started pencilling pages onto bristol board. Here's a peak at the first few pages. Enjoy them, I'm not sure I'll keep them up long and I'll probably keep newer pages unposted. Wouldn't want to spoil the whole book , now would I?
